History

The transport company was originally set up by Mr Camille BOUCHÉ in 1957. His wife Monique was the Managing Director until 31/12/2002. It now offers three activities


Location:

Phalsbourg is a small town of 5,000 inhabitants located about 15 km west of Saverne and 15 km east of Sarrebourg. It lies in the eastern corner of the Plateau of Lorraine, on a corridor between the Northern Vosges mountains and the Southern Vosges mountains which ends in the Saverne Pass.

Key dates

1957: Transport company set up by Mr Camille BOUCHÉ.

1973: Creation of the "Compagnie Phalsbourgeoise des transports BOUCHÉ SA". Chairman and Managing Director: Mrs Monique BOUCHÉ (until 31/12/02).

1978: Construction of the garage.

1982: Launch of the 24-hour HGV recovery service by Patrick and Pascal BOUCHÉ.

2000: Inauguration of the logistics platform.

2003: 01/01/03 new Chairman and Managing Director: Mr Denis HILBOLD, Transport Manager.


Bouché S.A. today:

Bouché S.A. is a family business that employs about fifty people on its Phalsbourg sites.

The management team is currently made up of 5 members of the BOUCHÉ family, and a total of 9 family-members (children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law and grandchildren of Mr and Mrs BOUCHÉ) ensure the continuity of the company.
